Huntsman Araldite CW30334 HW30335CI High ThermalConductivity Epoxy

Basic Properties

Araldite® CW 30334 CI/HW 30335 CI is a prefilled, hot-curing two-component epoxy system from Huntsman, consisting of mineral-filled epoxy resin (CW 30334 CI) and anhydride hardener (HW 30335 CI) with 100:75 mixing ratio (pbw). Cured grey castings require vacuum casting/potting and minimum 120-130℃ curing temperature.


Product Overview

Designed for high thermal conductivity (1.1-1.2 W/mK) and thermal shock resistance (-40℃ to 180℃), the cured system achieves 2.9-3.2 MPa·m¹/² fracture toughness. Mineral fillers enable 100-130 MPa flexural strength, 1.55×10¹⁵ Ω·cm volume resistivity, and ATF resistance.
